Bhutto Welfare Organization Khairpur’s oath-taking ceremony, ration, clothes, and sewing machines distributed among needy individuals

Pakistan Peoples Party District Khairpur President Nawab Ali Wassan, while addressing the oath-taking ceremony organized by the Bhutto Welfare Organization, urged the Bhutto community to leverage their unity for societal betterment. Aid was also distributed to hundreds of needy individuals at the event.

Held on Saturday, the ceremony was attended by a large number of office-bearers and central leaders from more than eight districts. Upon his arrival as the chief guest, the former Member of the National Assembly was welcomed by hundreds of workers and community members who showered him with flower petals.

In his address, Wassan stressed that the Bhutto community has always played a vital role in supporting the nation and democracy. He said that the ideology of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, based on rights, equality, and people’s power, remains popular among the public today.

He added that Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto gave new life to democracy with her great sacrifice and gave a voice to different segments of society, including women. He further said that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, as a young leader, is carrying forward the mission of the martyrs and strengthening grassroots politics.

Addressing the attendees, Wassan emphasized that their unity and awareness are their real strength, enabling them to play a significant role in the development of their community and the wider society.

Bhutto Welfare Central Chairman Abdul Hameed Bhutto, MNA Dr. Mahreen Bhutto, and Khairpur District President Wadero Bux Ali Bhutto, among other officials, also addressed the ceremony.

The ceremony concluded with the newly elected office-bearers taking an oath, pledging to make their utmost efforts to serve the Bhutto community and for regional development.

In recognition of their services, shields were presented to individuals involved in social services. Additionally, ration bags, clothes, and sewing machines were distributed among hundreds of deserving families.
