An approximately 30-year-old unidentified person was shot and killed in the Saeedabad area on Sunday. Police suspect it to be a target killing incident stemming from a personal dispute.
According to information provided by the Station House Officer (SHO) of the Saeedabad police station, the incident occurred near Ali Chowk in Baldia Town.
The victim’s body was shifted to a nearby hospital to complete medico-legal formalities.
Authorities have initiated an investigation into the murder, while further investigation is underway to identify the victim and arrest the assailant. The initial motive has been cited by authorities as personal enmity.
