In Chak Anwar Chishti, Okara, one person died, 2 injured over minor dispute

In Chak Anwar Chishti village near Okara, a minor dispute tragically escalated into a deadly armed confrontation on Saturday morning, resulting in one person dead and two injured.

Rescue sources confirmed that Mian Zareen died on the spot during the exchange of fire, while Muhammad Afzal and Muhammad Akram were injured in the violent clash.

One buffalo was also killed and another injured in the firing, causing panic throughout the area.

Upon receiving information, law enforcement agencies and emergency response teams immediately reached the scene. They provided first aid to the injured and subsequently transferred them to a local hospital for further treatment.

Police have launched an operation to arrest those involved in the confrontation, and a comprehensive investigation into the matter is underway.
