CTD Balochistan has started the search for the killers of martyred Lady Constable Malak Naz in Khuzdar

The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) Balochistan has started investigations into the martyrdom of Lady Constable Malak Naz during an operation against crime in the Bajoi area of Khuzdar district The Government of Balochistan has expressed its unwavering support for the bereaved families and pledged all possible assistance.

Advisor to Chief Minister Balochistan, Shahid Rind, confirmed in a statement on the social media website X today that operations against elements sabotaging peace will continue without interruption. He emphasized that the sacrifices of these martyred officers will not go in vain, highlighting the government’s commitment to maintaining security.

It should be noted that during an operation against crime in the Bajoi area of Khuzdar district, Lady Constable Malak Naz, the province’s first female police officer who sacrificed her life in the line of duty, was martyred. Head Constable Samiullah was also martyred in the same incident.

A police operation launched upon receiving information about crimes resulted in a fierce exchange of fire with criminals. Tragically, both officers were martyred in this confrontation, while several other personnel were also injured.

The martyrdom of Lady Constable Malak Naz is a profound loss, as she became the first woman in Balochistan’s police history to make the ultimate sacrifice for public safety. Her personal sorrow is further compounded by the fact that her husband, who was also serving in the Levies Force, was previously martyred in a targeted attack. She leaves behind three grieving children.
