Secretary General of Pakistan Muslim League Functional (PML-F), Sardar Abdul Rahim, has demanded an end to the neglect of Karachi and called for immediate relief for its citizens. In a statement today, he strongly condemned the continuous discriminatory treatment against the city and the unbearable burden of expensive electricity, gas, and widespread load shedding, which he termed as unbearable.
The Functional League pledged to fully support public rights on all forums. The Secretary General further added that the message of “United Sindh, Strong Pakistan” would be conveyed to every household by the political organization.
In a related development, the party has intensified its membership campaign within the metropolis. Officials have been instructed to immediately contact residents in the field. Anwar Azeem Advocate, President of Functional League’s Karachi Division, confirmed that an immediate public outreach and membership campaign would be launched in the heart of the city, expressing confidence that the party would emerge as a strong force among the public.
Addressing other important social issues, the party’s top official stated that injustices in the education and health sectors would not be tolerated. He emphasized the importance of ensuring teachers’ attendance, stating that there would be no compromise on the future of children.
Furthermore, Mr. Rahim highlighted the essential need to eliminate dangerous drugs like Gutka and Ice. He stressed that protecting the younger generation from destruction is the government’s foremost responsibility.
