Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah said on Monday reaffirmed the provincial government’s commitment to protecting its oceans, coastline, mangroves, and marine biodiversity for future generations.
In a message on World Oceans Day, he said Sindh’s coastline and the Indus Delta are among our most valuable natural treasures. “Oceans are the source of life, producing over 50% of the Earth’s oxygen and supporting millions through food, livelihoods, and environmental balance,” the CM said.
The CM said that Sindh government remained committed to preserving coastal ecosystems, protecting mangroves, reducing pollution, and promoting sustainable environmental practices. Let us all work together to keep our oceans clean, healthy, and safe.
