In Okara, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) today arrested a suspected terrorist who is allegedly suspected of having links with the Indian intelligence agency “RAW”. It is reported that the person was planning to target key infrastructure in the area.
Roza Ali Khan, a resident of Armar Miana, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, was arrested in Koh Noor City along Faisalabad Road. Authorities recovered a cache of dangerous materials from the accused, including explosive material, a prima card, a detonator, electric wires, three batteries, and two mobile phones.
The CTD has moved the accused to a secret location for further investigation, which is part of their ongoing investigation. This arrest highlights the persistent threat of espionage and terrorism in sensitive areas, underscoring the crucial role of intelligence and law enforcement agencies in safeguarding national security.
