The World Junior Squash Individual and Team Championship 2026 commenced today in Niagara, Canada, with emerging talented players from around the world participating.
Team Pakistan remains the center of attention as their players are set to participate in the men’s individual event. In the opening round, the Round of 128, Pakistani players are prepared to showcase their skills on the court.
At 10:40 AM local time (7:40 PM Pakistani time), Pakistan’s Nauman Khan will compete against New Zealand’s Weyhan Chithuri at White Oaks Resort, Court WO C4. Shortly after, Yahya Khan will face Switzerland’s Maurice Frei at 11:20 AM (8:20 PM Pakistani time) on the same court.
Focus will also be on Muhammad Umair Arif, who holds the 25/32 seed. His match against Sri Lanka’s Matheesha Wijesekara is scheduled at 12:00 PM (9:00 PM Pakistani time) on Court WO C4.
In the upcoming Round of 64, Pakistan’s 13/16 seeded player Abdullah Nawaz will participate at 7:00 PM local time (4:00 AM Pakistani time on 21 July) at White Oaks Resort, Court WO C6.
