Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services (SIEHS) is making its presence felt at the Healthcare Expo and Conference 2026, organised by Badar Expo Solutions. Now in its third edition, the event is taking place at the Karachi Expo Centre from 23 to 25 July.
The three-day event brings together more than 80 exhibitors and stakeholders from Pakistan and abroad, along with healthcare professionals, industry leaders, innovators and policymakers, to explore emerging trends shaping the future of the health sector.
The exhibition was formally opened by Chief Guest Governer Sindh Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi in the presence of leading representatives from Pakistan’s healthcare industry.
The event features participation from prominent institutions across Pakistan’s healthcare and academic landscape, including Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), the Pakistan Red Crescent Society, Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), Ziauddin University and Hamdard University Hospitals. Other participating institutions include PNS Shifa, the Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (SICVD), the Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), SIUT Pakistan and the Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Institute of Trauma.
At the centre of the exhibition floor, SIEHS has established its Experience Zone, an interactive space designed to directly engage visitors with the organisation’s mission of providing free, dignified pre-hospital emergency care across Sindh.
Bringing the field to the exhibition floor, SIEHS is showcasing a live display of its emergency response fleet, including the ICU-on-Wheels Ambulance, First Responder Motorcycle Response Unit and Cycle Response Unit. These specialised units are designed to reach patients through congested streets and densely populated, high-footfall areas where larger vehicles may face difficulty.
The Experience Zone also features Tele-Tabeeb 1123, SIEHS’s free, 24/7 telemedicine service that connects callers with PMDC-registered doctors and licensed mental health professionals. Live CPR and choking first-aid demonstrations are also being conducted by the organisation’s Department of Research, Development and Education (DRDE), equipping visitors with essential lifesaving skills.
Speaking about SIEHS’s participation, Acting CEO of SIEHS, Lutaf Ali Mangrio, said: ‘Every phone call answered on 1122 carries the same promise: that help will reach you, no matter who you are or where you live. The Healthcare Expo and Conference gives us an opportunity to bring that promise from the field directly to the people we serve, so they can see for themselves what free, quality emergency care looks like.’
