A delegation from the Federal Urdu University met today with Sindh’s Provincial Minister for Industries and Commerce, Jam Ikramullah Dharejo. The meeting aimed to discuss critical administrative challenges facing the university and the long-standing issue of non-payment of staff salaries.
During the meeting, the delegation highlighted the serious administrative obstacles the institution has been grappling with for a long time. They emphasized the severe impact that delays in salary payments are having on the morale and livelihoods of the university employees.
Minister Dharejo listened intently to the concerns raised by the delegation. He assured them of his commitment to addressing these issues by communicating the university”s difficulties to the appropriate higher authorities. Furthermore, he pledged to extend possible support in seeking resolutions to the challenges faced by the institution.
This meeting underscores the urgent need for intervention to ensure the smooth functioning of the Federal Urdu University and the welfare of its employees, emphasising the role of provincial authorities in facilitating educational stability.
