The head of Tehreek-e-Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya (TNFJ) Pakistan, Allama Agha Syed Hussain Muqaddasi, has strongly demanded a decisive operation to bring the perpetrators of the terrorist attacks on the Islamabad Judicial Complex and Wana Cadet College to justice, and has termed these attacks a continuation of the conspiracies of “eternal enemies.”
In a statement issued from the Maktab-e-Tashayyu Ali Masjid headquarters on Tuesday, Allama Muqaddasi stressed that there could be no compromise on national security. He reiterated the long-standing position of his predecessor, Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, that terrorists have no religion or ideology and should be treated solely as agents of terrorism.
The TNFJ leader presented the “Moosavi Peace Formula,” previously submitted to the Supreme Court, as the ultimate remedy for the scourge of terrorism and the collective voice of the Pakistani people.
He urged the government to focus its full attention on the country’s situation and the protection of its citizens. Allama Muqaddasi called for the full implementation of the National Action Plan to control banned groups, particularly demanding a ban on their rallies and processions.
The TNFJ chief expressed deep condolences to the bereaved families affected by the violent tragedies in the capital and Wana. Stating that the entire nation equally shares in their grief, he prayed for the speedy recovery of all those injured in the incidents.
