QUETTA: A man was killed and another injured after their motorcycle came under attack by unidentified armed men near Kuchlak area of Balochistan province on Sunday.
According to police, residents of Bostan Road Muhammad Akbar and Muhammad Khan were on their way to Kuchlak from Bostan on their motorcycle. As soon as they entered the area of Kuchlak, they came under attack by unidentified armed men. As a result, Muhammad Akbar died on the spot while Muhammad Khan sustained serious injuries.
On information, police reached the site of the incident and shifted the body and injured to the hospital. The body was handed over to the heirs after fulfilling necessary medico-legal formalities while the injured was being treated. Police cited matrimonial dispute behind the murder. Further investigation was being conducted by the authorities of Kuchlak police.
