HARNAI:Chairman, Pushtukhwa Milli Awami Party Mehmood Khan Achakzai has said all institutions of the state, including army, will have to work within domain enshrined in the constitution.
Addressing a public gathering held here in Harnai on Sunday under the aegis of Pushtunkhwa Milli Awami Party, Achakzai said, “We want supremacy of constitution”. He said, “The only solution to save the country lies in the supremacy of people, hence, all political parties ought to play their role for the supremacy of constitution.”
He said Pakistan Democratic Movement had been formed for the sole purpose of restoring democracy and supremacy of parliament. He said the head of PDM had set January 31 as the deadline for the selected rulers to tender resignation; otherwise, PDM with the help of masses would send selected rulers to their homes. Public gathering was also addressed by other leaders of Pushtunkhwa Milli Awami Party.
