APCA rejects federal budget

LARKANA:Larkana Divisional President of All Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA), Rafique Ahmed Jatoi, other leaders Anees Abbasi, Peeral Dayo, Mubeen Buriro, Muhammad Bux said on Saturday that price hike as compared to previous financial year had risen by100% due to which flour, sugar, rice, oil, ghee, vegetables, meat and other items of daily use had recorded massive increase.

Addressing a press conference, they said they were hopeful that the federal government would take care of them and would compensate them in the new annual budget, but it had failed to provide any relief which was astonishing.

They said the federal government had claimed that it was working for the lower middle-class people, but the federal budget has proved that it had no interest with the poverty-stricken masses.

They said development funds of the provinces had been cut and Rs114 billions of Sindh had also been deducted which was another proof of federal government’s double standard towards development in Sindh.
