Arambagh police claim to have arrested two robbers

KARACHI: Arambagh police Friday claimed to have arrested two persons involved in snatching and stealing motorcycles and recovered five bikes on their identification.

 

On directives of Senior House Officer Arambagh police station Inspector Pawan Kumar, the law enforcers were patrolling when they found two suspects M Akbar and M Nasir.

 

Both the suspects were arrested and illicit weapons were also found from their possession, claimed police.

 

Two FIRs were lodged under section 23 (1) A of Sondh Arms Act at Arambagh police station.

 

SHO Pawan Kumar said that five bikes that were either snatched or stolen by the suspects have also been recovered. He said that the suspects were nominated in over a dozen FIRs registered in different police stations of Karachi.
