Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti on Friday lauded the successful completion of the first phase of the Balochistan Women Entrepreneurship Development Program, describing it as a significant milestone in the province’s efforts to promote women’s economic inclusion.
He said the provincial government would continue to undertake tangible measures aimed at expanding employment prospects, entrepreneurial opportunities, and skills development initiatives for women across Balochistan.
In a message posted on X, Bugti stated that empowering women through modern business expertise and digital technologies remained a key priority of his administration. He added that women’s economic independence and empowerment constituted an integral component of the provincial government’s broader development agenda.
The chief minister also commended Dr. Rababa Khan Buledi and the Women Development Department for the successful execution of the program, saying they deserved recognition for their efforts.
He further noted that such initiatives would enable more women in Balochistan to contribute meaningfully to the national economy and strengthen their role in the province’s socio-economic progress.
