Islamabad, December 01, 2020 (PPI-OT): Punjab Minister for Finance Makhdoom Hashim Javan Bakht has said that a biometric system is being introduced for transparency and elimination of disputes in matters related to the transfer of vehicles in Province. He stated this while chairing a meeting of Excise and Taxation Department and Anti-Narcotics Department in Lahore. He said that NADRA and Punjab IT Board are being hired for this purpose. He said that Excise and Taxation and Anti-Narcotics Department have also started an online auction of attractive number plates.
