Quetta: Lehri tribesmen demanded of the authorities to apprehend the alleged perpetrators involved in killing three tribesmen of Lehri tribe and causing injuries to 14 other persons in Killi Barozai, Lehriabad area of Quetta and take action against Station House Officer (SHO), Police Station, Kachhi Baig, Quetta and other officials of the said police Station on the charges of showing negligence to arrest perpetrators of the crime.
These demands were made in a protest demonstration held outside Quetta Press Club organised by the tribesmen of Lehri tribe.
Addressing the protest demonstration, speakers said that on September 10, 2022, armed men killed three persons and injured 14 others in Killi Barozai, Lehriabad area of Quetta, adding that First Information Report (FIR) of the incident was lodged against the responsible souls at Police Station, Kachhi Baig, Quetta, but the authorities of Police Station, Kachhi Baig, Quetta were taking no action no action to apprehend the alleged accused nominated in the FIR.
They demanded of the authorities to apprehend the alleged perpetrators involved in killing three tribesmen of Lehri tribe and causing injuries to 14 others and take strict action against Station House Officer (SHO), Police Station, Kachhi Baig, Quetta and other officials of the said police station on the charges of showing negligence to arrest perpetrators of the crime. Protest demonstration was addressed by Takari Niaz Lehri, Ahmed Shah and others.
