Srinagar, November 29, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, expressing serious concern over the assault on Kashmir Shawl traders in Jharkhand, the Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry Kashmir (CCIK) has urged the local administration to take up the matter with the BJP government in New Delhi.
According to Kashmir Media Service, CCIK President Tariq Rashid Ghani in a statement issued in Srinagar said such assaults on Kashmiris would prove detrimental for the students and the business community outside the occupied territory. Demanding a stern action against the culprits, CCIK urged the administration to ensure safety of Kashmir people earning the livelihood in different Indian states.
“Such incidents if not stopped would create fear among the Kashmir people working in India. No parent will send students or other family members outside for education or livelihood,” he added. Ghani said during winter months many Kashmiris move outside J and K and their safety is a serious concern in the wake of such incidents.
