Following timely action by the police in Okara city, a suspect who engaged in celebratory aerial firing on Chand Raat was taken into custody on Tuesday.
The suspect has been identified as Muhammad Hammad, who was arrested by B-Division Police in a swift and prompt operation from the Samad Pura area.
During the operation, authorities recovered an illegal 30-bore pistol and related bullets from the suspect’s possession. A formal case has been registered against the accused.
This arrest highlights the administration’s zero-tolerance policy regarding such crimes and affirms that the implementation of strict measures against law-breaking elements is ongoing.
