Lahore, September 14, 2020 (PPI-OT): Provincial Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Social Welfare Raja Basharat has said that the incident of robbery and rape of a woman on the motorway was as unfortunate for the Chief Minister of Punjab and the government as it is for the people and effective prosecution will be ensured after the arrest.
