Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Muhammad Suhail Afridi, has strongly condemned the recent terrorist attacks targeting police officers in the districts of Lower Dir and Bannu.
Expressing deep sorrow over the loss of police personnel, the Chief Minister extended best wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured. He commended the extraordinary sacrifices of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police in the ongoing fight against terrorism, stating that their bravery is a source of national pride that will always be remembered.
Afridi directed the concerned authorities to provide the best possible medical facilities to the injured immediately. He also ordered all necessary assistance to be provided to the families of the deceased, reinforcing the government’s commitment to support them during this difficult time.
Furthermore, the Chief Minister reiterated his unwavering commitment to fighting terrorism, declaring that their struggle will continue until it is completely eradicated. He stated that such cowardly terrorist acts cannot weaken the resolve of the government, police force, or the public.
Paying tribute to the police force, Afridi acknowledged their sacrifices in the pursuit of peace and in protecting the lives and properties of citizens.
