Civil Judge Nasir Ahmed Shah conducted a surprise raid on Jilani Police Station on Wednesday, resulting in the release of Nadir Ali, who was detained without any charge.
The youth, who is the son of Manzoor Ali Chang, was freed after the judge’s intervention, . This decisive action by the judicial authority came in response to a petition filed by Ali Dost Tagar in the court of the Sessions Judge Naushahro Feroze.
After the release, Judge Shah has ordered the involved police officers to appear in court with all relevant records.
