Closure of schools in Balochistan opposed

QUETTA: Muhammad Nawaz Pandrani, President, All Balochistan Progressive Private Schools Association, has said that the closure of educational institutions for sixteen months was the worst precedent of incompetency and enmity with education.

 

These views were expressed by him while addressing a meeting of All Balochistan Progressive Private Schools Association here on Wednesday. Pandrani said that the closure of educational institutions in the name of lock down for containing the spread of novel corona virus was not acceptable to ABPPSA.

 

He called on authorities to open educational institutions of the province under Standard Operating Procedures so that the precious time of students could not be wasted. He added that non-implementation of relief package announced by Federal Minister for Education had exposed the enmity of the provincial government with education.
