Cold wave intensifies, dense fog warning for plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh

The weather forecast issued by the Meteorological Department today has warned residents and travelers of the possibility of fog in the plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh, which is expected to affect visibility during morning and night hours.

According to the official forecast, the weather is likely to remain mainly cold and dry in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours.

In contrast to the clear but cold weather in other regions, the upper parts of the country are forecast to remain partly cloudy, indicating a change in the current weather system.
