Pakistan Meteorological Department informed on Sunday that continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A shallow westerly wave is also present over upper parts of the country.

On Monday, mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, windstorm/thunderstorm-rain is expected at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan, Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas.

Past 24 Hour Weather: Hot and dry weather prevailed over most parts of the country. However rain recorded in Sindh: Mithi 70, Hyderabad 01, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa: Kakul 25, Chitral 03, Mirkhani 01, Balochistan: Lasbella 13, Barkhan 07, Kashmir: Garhi Dopatta 06 mm.
