In Azad Jammu and Kashmir, the banned Awami Action Committee has received another major blow as its Core Member from Bagh, Iftikhar Mahmood has announced his complete disassociation from the group.
In a report today, he rejected the chaos created by the banned committee and appealed to the youth to return to positive politics.
Iftikhar Mahmood said that, as the Chairman of All Azad Kashmir Anjuman-e-Tajiran and member banned Action Committee, he strongly disagrees with the activities of banned Awami Action Committee.
He also announced a complete boycott of the banned Awami Action Committee due to its involvement in anti-state violent activities.
He pointed out that their originally peaceful movement was deliberately hijacked to damage the eternal bond between Pakistan and Kashmir. He said certain elements are using the platform of the banned Action Committee to spew venom against Pakistan.
