Karachi, August 07, 2018 (PPI-OT): This has reference to the meeting of the undersigned with Commissioner Karachi held at the office of the Commissioner Karachi Division on Thursday the 2nd of August 2018, a propos the coverage of the forthcoming important event to be held at Quaid’s Mausoleum on the occasion of Independence Day – Tuesday the 14th of August 2018.
In pursuance to the above mentioned meeting, you are requested to forward the names of Reporters and the Cameramen who will be assigned to cover the essential event of the Independence Day on the letterhead of your organization, along with the photocopies of their CNICs as well as Accreditation Cards, two copies each and two photographs at earliest to the office of the undersigned. The Chief Guest of the ceremony would like to interact with the media. It is therefore requested to attend the gracious event.
