CTD Balochistan claims killing three terrorists in operation

Quetta:CTD Balochistan on Friday claimed to have killed three terrorists in an operation conducted in suburb area of the provincial capital. Arms, ammunition and hand grenades were also recovered from the hideout of terrorists.

According to a statement issued by the Counter Terrorism Department, Balochistan, three terrorists, involved in the target killings of police in Eastern Bypass area of Quetta and Levies force in Yaru area of district Pishin, were killed in an operation conducted at midnight between Thursday and Friday in the suburb area of Quetta. Arms, ammunition and hand grenade were also recovered from the hideout of terrorists during the operation. Further investigation was being conducted by the authorities of Counter Terrorism Department, Balochistan.

According to reports, 100 bedded Divisional Headquarters Hospital, Sibi is deficient of doctors, staff and medicines, creating thereby severe hardships for the people coming to the hospital for treatment from far flung areas of district Sibi in Balochistan province.

Sanctioned strength of Medical Officers in DHQ, Sibi is 26 while only one medical officer serves. The tall claims of incumbent provincial government regarding provision of healthcare facilities to the people at their threshold could not be seen in DHQ, Sibi.
