Customs seizes illegal goods worth Rs50m

QUETTA: Collect orate of Customs, Balochistan claimed to have seized foreign tyres, clothes and American almonds worth Rs50 million in different operations conducted in Taftan, Maskhail and Dalbandin areas of the province on Saturday. According to Collect orate of Customs Balochistan, foreign tyres, foreign clothes and a large quantity of American almonds were seized in different operations conducted by the staff of Collect orate of Customs, Balochistan in Taftan, Maskhail and Dalbandin areas of the province.

The value of the seized goods was reported to be Rs5 million. Operations were conducted by Superintendent, Makhdum Aslam, Inspector Asghar Kakar, Inspector Aslam Khan Kashmiri, Inspector Elahi Bakhsh Jamali and other staff on the directives of Gul Rehman, Chief Collector, Collect orate of Customs, Balochistan, Irfan Javed, Collector Customs and Yasir Wahab Kalur, Additional Collector, Collect orate of Customs, Balochistan.
