Quetta:Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal has directed all administrative secretaries for submission of report regarding Balochistan Employees Efficiency and Discipline Act (BEEDA), 2011 cases pending or under process at the Secretariat level.
In pursuance of the directives of Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan, Services and General Administration Department, Government of Balochistan has asked all the administrative secretaries that the inquiry officers with whom cases pertaining to their respective departments are in abeyance, may be approached to submit their report to the competent authority at the earliest.
Moreover, the replies of the Show Cause Notices of the accused incumbents/ reply of the Department be shared with S and GAD for onward submission to the Competent Authority for his perusal and orders. S and GAD further directs that in case of failure of submission of the replies of the accused/ Department, the cases shall be decided ex-parte and the accused would be deemed as guilty.
