Srinagar, April 30, 2019 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) has praised the steadfastness of the people of Kashmir in the way of the ongoing freedom struggle. A DFP spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the determination of the Kashmiri people had produced determined leaders like Shabbir Ahmad Shah who were the victims of political vendetta at the hands of New Delhi.
The spokesman said that the Kashmiris had time and again exhibited that oppression, suppression and tyranny could not kill their political sentiment for freedom. “India is using its military and political force blindly to silence the people of Kashmir but whenever common people get any chance of showing their anger against New Delhi, they do it without wasting a moment.”
The DFP condemned the Indian atrocities on Kashmiri people and said that day was not far when New Delhi would be forced to release all the political prisoners of Kashmir, accept the ground realities of the disputed region and historical facts that ultimately would lead to the resolution of the long-pending Kashmir dispute.
