Karachi, November 13, 2019 (PPI-OT): Spokesperson of Sindh Government and Adviser to Chief Minister Sindh on Law, Environment and Coastal Development Barrister Murtaza Wahab has strongly condemned the Federal Government’s unconstitutional steps, saying in his statement issued here today. Barrister Murtaza Wahab said that Pakistan Medical and Dental Council was dissolved without provincial consultation, which is a totally wrong and this is totally unconstitutional step by the Federal Government which can not be tolerated by the Sindh Government.
He further said that the issuance of the ordinance to dissolve the Medical and Dental Council is totally amusing step with the masses of Pakistan as well as Sindh province. Advisor Law said that we will fight the case of Sindh law in every constitutional platform. He said that this ordinance is an attack on provincial autonomy because interference and wrong decisions in provincial matters/ affairs violated the spirit of Eighteenth Amendment.
