Quetta:Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Women Wing staged a protest demonstration outside Quetta Press Club here on Friday against the alleged gang-rape of a woman on Lahore motorway.
Protest demonstration was addressed by Shazia Abdullah, Nazima, Jamaat-e-Islami Women Wing and others.
Condemning the gang rape, speakers said that it was the responsibility of state to protect women. They demanded of the authorities to give perpetrators punishment and provide protection to women and girls.
