Karachi, February 26, 2019 (PPI-OT): The DMC Central Chairman Rehan Hashmi was busy in giving final touches in North Nazimabad Block C for the visit of spiritual leader of Bohra Community. He paid on Tuesday third visit and examined the nullahs being covered and the flow of nullahs during the rainfall. Chairman visited the erected camp in Block C North Nazimabad to facilitate the Bohra community.
He expressed his dismay when he found some encroachments and due to this parks were not found intact in the area the officers informed the Chairman that some parks were not cleaned as some persons had brought stay order. Chairman instructed the officer to demolish the illegal construction. He met some Bohra community leaders and heard their problems and said he will leave no stone unturned to make the visit of their spiritual leader a historic visit in North Nazimabad.
Hashmi said that we are fully aware that Bohra community has played a vital role in the development of Pakistan. Hashmi informed the community leaders that street lights in the area have been affixed and patch work on roads were being done and parks through the cooperation of area people are being beautified. The green belts are being upgraded and new saplings are being planted in the area. Chairman said he and his staff was in constant touch with the local leaders of Bohra community.
