Dry weather across the country, thunderstorms and rain expected in Balochistan

The weather is likely to remain dry in most parts of the country, however, the Meteorological Department today said that isolated areas of northwestern and southern Balochistan may experience wind and rain with thunder.

Early morning temperature readings from key urban centers revealed varying conditions across the country.

The highest temperature was recorded in Karachi at twenty-five degrees Celsius, followed by Lahore at nineteen and Peshawar at fourteen. The capital Islamabad recorded twelve degrees while Muzaffarabad recorded eleven degrees.

Quetta and Gilgit recorded ten degrees Celsius, with Murree remaining the coldest among major places at five degrees.
