Students from the University of Turbat (UoT) will have the opportunity to study for a semester at Beaconhouse National University (BNU) following a new agreement to establish wide-ranging academic collaboration between the two institutions.
The understanding was formalised during a virtual meeting between UoT Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan, and his BNU counterpart, Dr. Moeed Wasim Yusuf, according to a statement issued by a UoT spokesperson on Friday.
This new partnership will encompass joint research projects, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and human resource development. A particular emphasis will be placed on enhancing the professional capacities of students, faculty members, and administrative staff at both universities.
During the discussion, Dr. Yusuf extended the invitation for UoT students to attend a semester at BNU, assuring them of the university”s complete institutional backing. Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan conveyed his sincere appreciation for the generous proposal.
The university leaders also explored further avenues for cooperation aimed at deepening institutional linkages. Potential areas include technology transfer, student engagement programmes, and faculty interaction to enrich the academic experience at both organisations.
Beaconhouse National University affirmed its commitment to providing its full support to UoT in promoting quality education and advancing sustainable learning pathways.
