Karachi: Over 60 nations are set to participate in Exercise AMAN-25, a maritime initiative aimed at enhancing collaborative security efforts and addressing global maritime threats. The exercise, scheduled from the 7th to the 11th of this month, will see the involvement of naval ships, aircraft, special operations forces, and EOD marine teams.
According to a statement by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Rear Admiral Abdul Munib, Commander of the Pakistan Fleet, highlighted the growing international participation in Exercise AMAN. This reflects a collective confidence in the Pakistan Navy’s role in fostering maritime security.
The ninth edition of the exercise will also feature the inaugural AMAN Dialogue, a platform designed to facilitate discussions on safe and sustainable maritime procedures.
The initiative underscores a global commitment to sharing experiences and adopting best practices in maritime operations.
