Karachi, May 05, 2018 (PPI-OT): Family comedy there play Shadi Mubarak held at new AC auditorium, arts council of Pakistan on Friday 4th may. Theatre was hosted with the collaboration of arts council and green veins productions. President of arts council Muhammad armed shah along with the chief guest Sardar Ali Shah, the provisional minister of culture and heritage, were present to celebrate the occasion.
In his opening speech, Syed Sardar Ali Shah said that I congratulate president of arts council M Ahmed Shah on the opening of this new auditorium. Karachi need more stages and more auditoriums like this for the sake of arts. He said that this city used to be the city of lights and prosperity but unfortunately, in last several years, the lights of this city have been faded by extremist activities.
Now Karachi once again is moving towards its old glory. He admired the works of arts council and said that the efforts of Mr. Ahmed Shah to promote arts are quite remarkable and Arts Council Karachi is fighting against extremism by promoting multiple art related activities in the society.
