Islamabad, January 16, 2019 (PPI-OT): Information Minister Fawad Chaudhary has ruled out governor rule in Sindh province saying that change in the province will be as per the constitution. Talking to the media persons in Karachi on Wednesday, it is the right of the people of Sindh that they run their political affairs and bring changes in them according to the constitution.
