A severe fire that broke out today at a plastic cooler manufacturing factory in the SITE area has been successfully brought under control, while rescue officials confirmed that there was no loss of life due to the factory being empty at the time.
Fire brigade officials stated that five fire tenders were dispatched to control the blaze near Noras Chowrangi.
According to rescue services, the absence of any personnel on the factory premises during the incident averted a potential tragedy.
