Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a sharp decline on Monday, with the price of 24-karat gold decreasing by Rs. 2,500 per tola to Rs. 353,000. The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also decreased by Rs. 2,143 to Rs. 302,640. A similar decrease was observed in the value of 22-karat gold, with the price of 10 grams closing at Rs. 277,430 after a decrease of Rs. 1,964.

This decline reflects the global trend, with international gold prices closing at $3,310 per ounce after a decrease of $25. Silver prices also declined, with the price per tola decreasing by Rs. 30 to Rs. 3,841. The price of ten grams of silver decreased by Rs. 25 to Rs. 3,293.

Globally, silver prices also weakened, closing at $36.57 per ounce after a decrease of $0.30. These figures were published by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association. The overall decline in the value of precious metals reflects the broader global market movements.
