Governor Tessori Receives Sacred Gift from Saudi Hajj Minister

In a significant gesture symbolizing the strong friendship between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori met with Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr Tawfig Al Rabiah, in the holy city of Makkah.

During this meeting, the Saudi Minister presented Governor Tessori with the sacred gift of the cloth that covers the Kaaba, as a sign of the Saudi leadership’s affection and respect for the people of Pakistan.

Tessori expressed his gratitude to the Saudi administration for their exceptional arrangements for pilgrims, particularly those from Pakistan. He acknowledged that these meticulous preparations not only help pilgrims perform their religious duties but also enhance the tranquility and ease of their spiritual journey.

On this occasion, Governor Sindh praised the special provisions made for Pakistani pilgrims, extending his appreciation to the Saudi authorities and leadership. It is noteworthy that Governor Tessori is currently performing Hajj with his family on a royal invitation.

Saudi Minister Dr Tawfig Al Rabiah emphasized that serving pilgrims from around the globe, especially those from Pakistan, is a top priority for the Saudi government. He assured that all pilgrims, including those from Pakistan, are being provided with the best possible facilities to ensure they fulfill their religious obligations with peace, comfort, and convenience.
