Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar visited the mausoleum of Dr Allama Muhammad Iqbal on Friday morning to pay homage to great philosopher poet of the Sub-continent.
He laid floral wreath at the grave and offered Fateha.
The Governor also recorded his comments in the visitors’ book in which he paid rich tribute to the national poet.
Earlier, Garrison Commander Lahore Major General Muhammad Aamer and Air Commodore Muhammad Rizwan also separately visited the mausoleum of the national poet.
