Federal Minister for Law and Justice, Barrister Farogh Naseem held a meeting with the Law Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sultan Muhammad Khan in Islamabad today (Thursday) to discuss the effective implementation of Civil Procedure Code in the province.
Barrister Farogh Naseem said the government aims to cut time and cost of litigation through amendment in Civil Procedure Code.
KPK Law Minister agreed that the introduction of Two Tier System in the CPC will be helpful in providing speedy justice to the litigants.
