The body of a 60-year-old person was found hanging on the Sultanabad bridge on Sunday, prompting immediate police action.
Upon being informed, officials from the Docks Police Station took the deceased’s body into their custody.
The body has been shifted to the hospital for necessary legal proceedings and examination.
According to law enforcement officials, a formal investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death has been initiated.
