Karachi: Dr Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) has directed the management of Burns Centre Karachi to make its elevator operational within 24 hours to end hardship to patients with burn injuries.
The administration of Friends of Burns Centre (FOBC) running Burns Centre Karachi has been instructed for early maintenance and repairing of the faulty elevator to avoid hardships to the patients with burns injures and rescue workers shifting the patents. The elevator of Burns Centre was non-functional since two weeks and it is the responsibility of FOBC to maintain it regularly to end patients’ miseries.
