If change is imminent, no one could stop it: CM

QUETTA:Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo, says if change is imminent, no one could stop it.

Talking to media, including PPI, at Chief Minister’s Secretariat here on Thursday, he said that a high-level meeting with regard to law and order situation of the province was held, adding that it was the responsibility of government to protect the lives and properties of the people.

He said, “Decision regarding re-opening of school from Friday (today) has been taken in the meeting”. He said that the decision regarding closure of schools was wrong, adding that Education Department made a decision in haste to close the schools.

He remarked, “Our forces are fully capable to cope up with terrorism”, adding that security forces of late foiled the attacks of terrorists in Noshki, Panjgur and Kech areas of Balochistan. Bizenjo said that the demands of protesting persons were genuine, however, their grievances would be redressed within the available resources. On the occasion, Chief Secretary Balochistan Mathar Niaz Rana, Advisor to Chief Minister for Home and Tribal Affairs, Mir Ziaullah Langove and others were also present.
