A significant advancement in Balochistan’s health infrastructure was achieved today with the inauguration of a state-of-the-art hospital in Turbat. This newly established facility, completed in less than a year with the cooperation of FC Balochistan South, aims to provide high-quality medical care to the local population.
This hospital, which consists of 120 beds, is equipped with round-the-clock emergency and trauma services, ensuring immediate medical attention in critical situations. Modern diagnostic equipment, such as CT scans, MRI, and ultrasound, are available to support comprehensive patient assessments.
A dedicated department for women and children has been included, providing a safe and specialized environment for these vulnerable groups. The facility is equipped with specialist doctors in various medical fields, including general medicine and neurosurgery, and features state-of-the-art operating theaters.
Notably, the hospital has an oxygen generation unit and a 1.1-megawatt power backup system installed, ensuring uninterrupted medical services. A state-of-the-art infection control and sanitation system, compliant with global standards, further enhances patient safety.
