Following the inauguration of the STEM science exhibition at Government Naz Pilot High School Khairpur Mir’s, Deputy Commissioner Khairpur, Altaf Ahmed Chachar, emphasized the need to hold similar programs at the high school level in every tehsil to promote co-curricular activities and polish the hidden talents of young students.
This demand was made on Tuesday during the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) science exhibition held at Government Naz Pilot High School, which was formally inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner.
Students from 15 government boys’ and girls’ schools from across Khairpur district participated in the event, and presented various innovative and creative scientific projects.
Mr. Chachar visited various classrooms, inspected the students’ creations and appreciated their work. He encouraged the participants to improve their skills and further polish their talents.
A ceremony was also held in the school’s auditorium, where students from different institutions presented educational tableaus. During the proceedings, certificates of appreciation were distributed among the best-performing students and teachers.
Speaking to the media, Deputy Commissioner Chachar said that such exhibitions provide excellent opportunities for students to enhance their creative and scientific abilities. He reiterated that expanding these events will bring out hidden talents and will give students a valuable opportunity for creative expression.
